Delivery and payment

Delivery

Delivery is free across the whole of Montenegro, in every municipality, regardless of the order value. We deliver to a home address, to the chapel or straight to the cemetery – you enter the destination when ordering.

Orders received by 12 noon are delivered the same day. In most towns the flowers are at the destination within two hours of the order being confirmed. We work weekdays and Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Orders are accepted online 24 hours a day.

Checkout

Payment is made by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) through the payment processor’s secure page. Card details do not pass through our system and are not stored on our server. The amount is charged in euros (EUR).

All prices are final: VAT is included, delivery is not charged, and there are no hidden fees.

Confirmation

Immediately after payment you receive the order confirmation by e-mail. Once the flowers have been handed over, we send a second message confirming delivery.
