As long as work on the piece has not begun — yes. Write to us by e-mail or on chat and quote the order number. Once the piece is made, only the address and the time of handover can still be changed.
Do you deliver to the villages in the municipality of Žabljak?
Yes, the whole municipality is covered on the same terms as the town centre: no charge and the same deadlines.
Is there a discount for several orders?
The prices in the price list are the same for everyone and already include delivery, so there are no further discounts — but also no surcharges for a larger number of items or a more distant address.
How quickly can you deliver flowers in Žabljak?
Orders received by 12 noon are delivered the same day. If the service is already in the afternoon, enter the hour in the field for the time of the service and the flowers will be in place before it.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
No. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. For a service that falls on a Sunday we hand the flowers over on Saturday, so enter the date of the funeral in the order.
