Can I pay cash on delivery?
No. Orders are paid by card before the flowers are made, because each piece is made to order and cannot be returned to the range.
What if nobody is at the address?
In that case we hand the flowers over at the chapel or at the cemetery in Cetinje, or leave them with the person you name as a contact. We confirm the handover by e-mail.
How far in advance can I order?
You choose the delivery date in the order, so flowers can be reserved weeks ahead — for memorial days, the fortieth day or an anniversary. Even then the piece is made on the day of delivery.
Can you match the flowers to what the family has already ordered?
If you describe in the note what has already been ordered, we will match the colours and the size. The note is entered in the same step as the funeral details.
What if the time of the funeral changes?
Write to us straight away with the new hour. Until the flowers have been handed over, the time and place of delivery in Cetinje can be changed at no cost.
