Javite nam se na info@vijenac-me.com ili putem online chata \u2013 odgovaramo u pravilu u roku od jednog sata, u vremenu od 8 do 20 h.<\/p>\n<h2>When you can file a complaint<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The order was not delivered.<\/li>\n<li>It was delivered outside the agreed time and did not reach the service.<\/li>\n<li>The arrangement arrived damaged or in poor condition.<\/li>\n<li>What was delivered differs substantially from what was ordered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What we need from you<\/h2>\n<p>The order number, a short description of what went wrong and, if possible, a photograph of the delivered arrangement. A photograph is not a condition for resolving the complaint, but it speeds things up.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery times<\/h2>\n<p>We answer written complaints within 15 days of receipt at the latest. In practice we reply the same day.<\/p>\n<h2>How we resolve complaints<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Not delivered:<\/strong> we refund the full amount or deliver at a new time \u2013 your choice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Damaged or substantially different:<\/strong> a replacement arrangement, or a partial or full refund.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refunds<\/strong> are made to the same payment method used for the order, within 14 days of the complaint being accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Cancelling an order<\/h2>\n<p>Narud\u017ebu mo\u017eete otkazati bez naknade dok izrada nije zapo\u010dela.
